Meet Our Staff

We have top-notch service because we have a dedicated staff. These are the people who work tirelessly to make Vi at Lakeside Village a great place to live.

Penny Smith Executive Director

As Executive Director, Penny oversees every aspect of the community which includes the quality of service, amenities, care, and programming for each and every Vi at Lakeside Village resident. Penny has worked at Vi since 1992.  

Barbara Kelley Sales Director

Barbara directs all of our sales efforts at Vi at Lakeside Village. She also manages each sales team member, and represents Vi to the larger Palm Beach County community. Barbara joined the Vi at Lakeside Village team in 1994.

Craig Koff Care Center Administrator

Craig oversees each care center department - from dining service to nursing care - and provides a quality experience to our residents. He works closely with his team of nurses and support staff to develop a personalized approach for every care center resident. Craig has more than 25 years of care leadership experience, and has received his master’s degree in gerontology.

Iria Siegel Director of Accounting

Iria is responsible for all accounting operations for Vi at Lakeside Village. Iria has more than 19 years of experience, with 13 years in the healthcare industry, and also has received her Master of Science in Accounting.
Director of Human Resources

Erin Fisher, PHR Director of Human Resources

Erin works to enhance both resident and employee satisfaction through oversight and management of human resources at Vi at Lakeside Village. Prior to joining the Vi at Lakeside Village team, Erin worked in Human Resources for more than 17 years of across a variety of industries.

Anthony Santomauro, CEC, CDM, CFPP Executive Chef

Executive Chef Anthony Santomauro oversees the culinary program for Vi at Lakeside Village, including menu creation and food preparation. Originally from Toms River, New Jersey, Anthony has more than 26 years of culinary experience, and is a Certified Executive Chef (CEC), Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), and a Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP).

Henrik Jespersen, CFBE, CDM, CFPP Director of Dining Services

Henrik makes dining an experience. He manages our dining room – from table reservations and plate settings, to the personalized service each resident receives. He joined Vi at Lakeside Village in 2005, and has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a certified food and beverage executive (CFBE), a certified dietary manager (CDM), and a certified food protection professional (CFPP).

Tracy Vaughan, CEOE Director of Engineering

Tracy is responsible for maintenance of the community’s physical plant, and the numerous buildings on our 46-acre campus. He has more than 23 years of experience in the health care industry, and is a certified engineering operations executive (CEOE).

Janet Carstens Director of Housekeeping

Janet oversees the housekeeping function for the community, with a focus on providing a comfortable living environment for every resident. Before assuming her role in 2010, Janet spent more than 30 years in the hospitality and hospital industry.

Tamara Sawicz Lifestyle Director

Tamara is at the center of everything social at Vi at Lakeside Village. She creates, finds and arranges outings and events for residents like educational lectures, travel clubs, fitness classes, day trips to unique places, and much more. Tamara also helps manage the numerous resident-led clubs at Vi at Lakeside Village.

Sandra Finnegan, RN Director of Nursing

Sandra helps to manage the quality of care and services provided to residents of Vi at Lakeside Village's Care Center, which includes assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. Sandra works closely with the Care Center Administrator, the residents' personal physicians, and the consulting medical director to provide care for each resident. 

Lorraine Luciani, LPN Director of Resident Services

Lorraine assists independent living residents and their family members should they need support during a change in a resident’s health. Additionally, Lorraine oversees wellness amenities, and manages our concierge and valet services.
