As executive director, Milos oversees every aspect of the community, including quality of service, amenities, care and programming for every Vi at Lakeside Village resident. Milos received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and an MBA from UNLV. Prior to joining Vi at Lakeside Village in 2022, Milos worked as the Associate Executive Director at Vi at La Jolla Village in San Diego, California.

Shantelle directs all of our sales efforts at Vi at Lakeside Village. She also manages each sales team member and represents Vi to the larger Palm Beach County community. Shantelle is an experienced Sales Director, Coach and Mentor with over 25 years of sales experience, including luxury senior housing. She attended University of Maryland, College Park, and is a licensed Administrator for Assisted Living in the state of Florida. Shantelle joined Vi in 2023.

Marie oversees each care center department — from dining service to nursing care — and provides a quality experience to Vi at Lakeside Village residents. She holds an advanced degree in Business administration (MBA) and a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration. She has over 20 years of experience in senior living, which includes work as an assisted living and nursing home administrator in long-term care facilities in Florida. Marie joined Vi as a Care Center Administrator in 2022.

Karie helps to manage the quality of care and services provided to residents of Vi at Lakeside Village care center, which includes assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing accommodations. Karie also oversees the care center nursing staff and works directly with the care center administrator to provide care for each resident. She has functioned in roles as a RN supervisor, Assistant Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, Wound Care Nurse, as well as worked in specialty areas such as General Vascular Step Down and Home Health. Karie joined Vi in 2003.

Rose works to generate awareness of Vi at Lakeside Village and build relationships in the local community. In this role, She develops and maintains media relations, manages marketing outreach and coordinates sponsorships. She also initiates, plans and coordinates prospect and professional events to present information showcasing the benefits of a life plan community. Rose has an expansive marketing and business development background most recently in the Commercial Real Estate industry working for Center Star Property Group in Fort Lauderdale. Rose joined Vi in 2022.

Michael is at the center of everything social at Vi at Lakeside Village. He creates, finds, and arranges outings and events for residents like educational lectures, travel clubs, fitness classes, day trips to unique places in Florida, and much more. Michael also helps manage the numerous resident-led clubs and events that keep Vi at Lakeside Village members engaged and active. Prior to joining Vi at Lakeside Village, Michael worked as the Lifestyle Director at Vi at Aventura and has over 12 years of experience working in senior living. Michael began his role as Lifestyle Director at Vi at Lakeside Village in 2022.

Sandra assists independent living residents and their family members should they need support during a change in a resident’s health. She also works to ensure residents receive the appropriate level of care and service while in independent living and oversees wellness amenities and manages our concierge and valet services. Sandra has been registered nurse for 22 years and has worked in senior living for 30 years. Prior to this position, she was the Director of Nursing at Vi at Lakeside Village from 2006-2020. Sandra started her role as Director of Resident Services in 2020.

Lisa works to enhance both resident and employee satisfaction through oversight and management of Vi at Lakeside Village’s human resources. Lisa has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and business operations. She enjoys working with and helping people develop to their fullest potential. Lisa has a master’s in human resource management and joined Vi in 2019.

Henrik creates an exceptional dining experience for our residents, providing personalized service from table reservations and plate settings to purveyor selection and vendor coordination. Henrik is a Certified Food and Beverage Executive, Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional and has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Henrik joined Vi in 2005.

Executive Chef Pete Murphy oversees the culinary program for Vi at Lakeside Village, including menu creation and food preparation. Chef Pete has served as Executive Chef in various locations around the country including the Fairmont Orchid in Hawaii, The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, Anglers Club in Key Largo, FL and Harbors Edge in Delray Beach, FL. Chef Pete joined Vi in 2022.

Tracy is responsible for maintenance of the community’s physical plant and the numerous buildings on our 46-acre campus. He has more than 23 years of experience in the health care industry and is a certified engineering operations executive. Tracy joined Vi in 2005.
